Following in his father's footsteps, FRED's restaurateur Samir Orana decided to open a döner restaurant and modernise Finnish kebab culture for today.
But it's not worth changing what's good. Instead, FRED is a combination of the best of Finnish kebab restaurants, with fresh international flavours and elements.
Kebab is available on almost every street corner, but at FRED it's more fresh than usual. We focus on fresh ingredients and flavors in everything we do.
FRED's döner is made from 97% beef, with rich spices and a kicky tomato sauce to make the dishes melt in your mouth.
